Eric B. Lee

Eric B. Lee, is a partner of the Nassau County, New York Personal Injury Law Firm of Sackstein Sackstein & Lee, LLP. Mr. Lee joined the law firm in September 1996 as an associate attorney. In 1999, Mr. Lee became a partner of the law firm. In 1992, he graduated from Bentley College, Waltham, Mass., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and behavioral science. Thereafter, he attended New England School of Law, Boston, Mass., where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1995.

Mr. Lee has been practicing law since 1996 and is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. He also is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York.

He has successfully represented his clients, negotiating settlements of millions of dollars in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises accidents, construction accidents and slip and fall accidents. He was instrumental in a $10 million settlement in 2007 for a pedestrian struck and seriously injured by a motor vehicle. As a key member of our team of personal injury lawyers, Mr. Lee also has been instrumental in a number of other successful verdicts and settlements. Mr. Lee speaks fluent Korean.
